Martin Basketball Camp

Martin Basketball Camp

Seventy-two boys and girls from the Martin area in grades 3-8 participated in a 3 day basketball camp, June 8th through the 10th.  Campers learned and honed different skills each day.  Fourteen current Varsity and JV players from both the girls' and  boys' basketball programs helped run the camp as counselors.  Each day the campers learned and honed skills in passing, shooting, and ball handling and ended with teams scrimmaging one another.

KINDERGARTEN & YOUNG 5’S REGISTRATION Register Now for Fall 2015!!!        

You may register your child between the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm on any week day. Parents of children attending Kindergarten next year should register them in the elementary school office ASAP! Our enrollment numbers will determine if a Young 5’s program will be offered. If you have any questions, please call the elementary office at 672-7253.

A birth certificate, proof of residency and immunization records must be presented at the registration. Your child must have a vision-screening test prior to entering the first day of Kindergarten or Y5’s. A copy of these items will be made at that time for the school to keep. Children’s attendance at this registration is not required.

 

Used Band Instruments Needed!!!

Our band program is in need of used band instruments. If you have one or know someone who has an instrument that is no longer wanted, we could put it to good use. Your donation is tax deductible, and we will provide a receipt. Thanks in advanced for your generosity.

Martin Education Foundation

The Martin Education Foundation has been supporting Martin Public Schools and community for over 40 years. Numerous college scholarships have been provided for seniors, and several projects have been supported that directly benefit our students.
