Mr. Williston worked diligently with his woodworking classes this year, and 16 projects were entered into the regional woodworking competition on May 9th. There were 13 projects that advanced to the state competition on May 16th, with two projects finishing on top.

Our seniors traveled to Mackinac Island for their senior trip May 11th and 12th. They visited Mill Creek and participated in a zip line experience. On the Island, the students stayed at the Island House.

Students in grades 9-12 worked diligently to help spruce up our community on May 18th. Village leaders worked with Martin staff as our students spring cleaned needed areas. The students worked from 8:30-10:30 a.m., and the village looks great!!!

Our Varsity boys baseball team competed at 5th/3rd Ballpark on May 14th against Holland Calvary. It was a double header. The first game was challenging for both teams; however, the second game was solid with athletic skills shining in a close game without errors.

Our seniors traveled to Mackinac Island for their senior trip May 11th and 12th. They visited Mill Creek and participated in a zip line experience. On the Island, the students stayed at the Island House. The students biked around the Island, and completed the trip with a visit to the Mystery Spot in St. Ignace.

Martin Education Foundation

The Martin Education Foundation has been supporting Martin Public Schools and community for over 40 years. Numerous college scholarships have been provided for seniors, and several projects have been supported that directly benefit our students. Please see the attached Martin Education Foundation brochure.

Important Dates for Class of 2015

Graduation announcements, along with caps and gowns will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, April 28th during high school lunch.  If you have a balance due, you will need to bring payment at this time.  Thank you!

Seniors: Community Service hours are due by May 8, 2015. If you have questions contact Mrs. Mohr.

Kindergarten Registration

Register your Kindergartner for the 2015/2016 School Year now.  Office hours are 7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.  Children must be 5 years old by September 1, 2015.
