On Tuesday, March 31, the Martin Chapter of the National Honor Society inducted 11 new members.  In order to be inducted into the National Honor Society, students must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate the four tenets of the society, scholarship, leadership, service and character.

Martin Chapter of the National Honor Society Inducted 11 New Members

On Tuesday, March 31, the Martin Chapter of the National Honor Society inducted 11 new members.  In order to be inducted into the National Honor Society, students must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate the four tenets of the society, scholarship, leadership, service and character.  In addition to the annual induction ceremony, our NHS chapter is very active in our school community hosting two blood drives, recycling paper, holding two staff appreciation dinners, as well as other community service projects.  This year’s new inductees are Benjamin Moored, August Shettler, Helena Maes, Sara Spicer, Luke VanPutten, Natalie Simpson, Jared Klaasen, Tanner Curry, Garrett Dill, Collin Warner, and Tylor Torres.

The Martin Education Foundation has been supporting Martin Public Schools and community for over 40 years. Numerous college scholarships have been provided for seniors, and several projects have been supported that directly benefit our students. Please see the attached Martin Education Foundation brochure.

Important Dates for Class of 2015

Graduation announcements, along with caps and gowns will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, April 28th during high school lunch.  If you have a balance due, you will need to bring payment at this time.  Thank you!
