The girl’s 7th grade Volleyball team achieved 1st placed at the Portage Central Volleyball Tournament  on Saturday, October 11th.  They defeated Portage Central, Paw Paw, Marshall and Portage Northern.  Congratulations girls!

Martin won its second football game of the season against Bloomingdale on Friday night. The final score was 14 to 0.

The staff at Martin Junior High selected Rylee Wycoff, Elizabeth Nash, Hunter Kershaw, and Jonathan Tuinstra as their September Students of the Month.  Being prepared, showing respect, having integrity, displaying dependability and envisioning their future were all qualities these 7th and 8th graders demonstrated during the month of September.  Congratulations to the students and their parents!

Athletic Awards Banquet Change

The Athletic Awards Banquet date has been changed to Monday, November 3rd at 6:30 p.m.

Music Department

Do you have a musical instrument that is no longer being used? Please consider donating it to the Martin band program. These instruments may be used to help students particiapte in band when purchasing or renting an instrument is a challenge. Thank you in advance for generosity.

Martin Education Foundation

The Martin Education Foundation has been supporting Martin Public Schools and community for over 40 years. Numersous college scholarships have been provided for seniors, and sevral projects have been supported that directly benefit our students. Parade on October 31, 2014

Friday is a half day of school. The K-6 costume parade begins at 10:30 a.m. Due to inclement weather, the parade will take place within the school building. Dismissal for all students is at 11:30 a.m.

Class of 2015

Martin High School Graduation is scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2015 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The last day of school for the Senior class is Friday, May 22.
